Bailey Flatt Barn is a four bedroom detached stone barn conversion sleeping seven, which dates back over four hundred years. It is located on the outskirts of Buxton, Derbyshire, and borders the Peak District National Park. It is within easy reach of the town of Buxton, but far out enough to allow you to enjoy far-reaching countryside views, making it an ideal location for getting together

with family and friends. Sit back on the decking with a glass of wine or a cold beer, or relax in the hot tub whilst the children play in the spacious enclosed garden and enjoy the walk-on lawn level trampoline.

Bailey Flatt Barn is ideally suited to those who enjoy the great outdoors, either rambling on one of the many footpaths that cross the gate to Bailey Flatt, or cycling, mountain biking, caving or rock climbing. Alternatively, venturing into the centre of our beautiful spa town will allow you to visit the famous Opera House, Crescent, Devonshire Dome and Pavilion Gardens, but to name a few. Return home to end the perfect day in the perfect way, whether that be cosying up next to a real fire or relaxing amongst the bubbles in the secluded hot tub.

On arrival at Bailey Flatt Barn there will be a welcome basket with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Fantastic cottage, lovely warm welcome. The log burners are fantastic, as is the hot tub. Recommend The 19th Hole and the vintage tea rooms in Buxton. We are looking forward to our next stay and will highly recommend to friends and family.
  3. The Foxes, Stoke-on-Trent
Amazing barn!! Absolutely stunning place to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday! You truly have thought of everything to make the barn a home from home. Everywhere is fresh and clean, the welcome pack was a very special touch! Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
  4. The Williams, Cambridge
Well, you can't book the weather, but at least we booked this beautiful cottage that was a comfortable and spotlessly clean. Relaxing, wonderful space with a hot tub and books/games the kids enjoyed. We recommend the caves/caverns, Jodrell bank (if space is your thing) and abseiling off a bridge on the Monsal trail with Dave from 'Aspire' - heaps of fun!
  5. Derrick, Jan, Steve, Claire and Hollie, Essex
Very enjoyable week, accommodation is A*. Very welcoming, and we loved how child-friendly it is, out little girl (aged 18 months) loved feeding the fish and found the trampoline excellent. Everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday!
  6. The Trueloves, Queensland, Australia
Worth coming from Aussie for! Lovely home, no noise, really lovely. Room for all the family. We loved no wifi, the children learnt how to talk again! Thank you.
